V. Blades of single-shaft shredder

 Blade is one of the most important parts for single-shaft shredder. The quality of blade will influence the process cycle directly. Generally, the material of blade is 9crsi、Cr12MoV、SKD-11. 9CrSi is alloy tool steel, this material has high hardness and good wear resistance. But it is very crisp. It is mainly used for soft waste material such as rubber, fiber, and paper etc. Cr12MoV and SKD-11 are cold work die steels. These two materials have similar properties, strong wear resistance and strong impact resistance, and are suitable for shredding wood, waste furniture, high hardness plastics, etc.

VI. Equipment maintenance

We should maintain and protect machine carefully and termly to make sure that machine operates normally. What is more, periodic maintenance will influence the service life of single-shaft shredder. So we need to make safe operation regulations and maintenance system to warn workers to repair and change some spare parts termly. And such action will prevent equipment and personal accidents caused by incorrect operation.

The safe operation rules and reasonable maintenance system of the shredder should be made carefully by users according to the actual situation on site. The following precautions should be considered:

1. Workers should inspect the equipment every day. Please handle hidden danger in time. Remember that do not use machine when it has hidden danger.

2. Check whether the pipeline is leaking. And please handle that when you find something wrong in time.

3. Please maintain machine once a month and clean up the waste oil from the main lubrication points.

4. Please check the current of the main motor regularly.

5. Please check whether the hydraulic system is normal regularly.

6. Please check the wear of blades regularly.

7. The bearing is close the rotor cannot be cleaned daily, so please do a thorough clean when you do internal maintenance.

8. The sealing ring will appear loose due to long-term oxidation, so it is necessary to maintain carefully in daily life.
