1. What are the operating safety regulations for the MG series pulverizer?
(1) It is required that the pulverized raw materials should not contain metal, stone and other sundries. If these sundries enter the pulverizing chamber, it will cause serious damage.
(2) Before starting the pulverizer, check whether the connection parts are tightened, whether the joints are well sealed, whether there are any metal objects falling into the pulverizing chamber, and whether the rotating parts are flexible. If there is any abnormality, it should be excluded before starting.
(3) When you want to check the inner working parts of the pulverizer, you must first cut off the power supply of the main machine. After the machine has completely stopped rotating, the door can be opened for maintenance or inspection.
(4) The rotation direction of each motor must be in accordance with the specified direction.
(5) When the pulverizer is working, it needs to be circulated water to cool, always check whether the cooling water is in normal circulation. Lubrication and refueling should be carried out in strict accordance with the lubrication regulations, but special grease with high temperature and high speed must be added. It is strictly prohibited to mix it with other grease.
(6) The inside of the fan and air duct shall be checked and be dusted monthly.
2. Daily maintenance of the MG series pulverizer
(1) Open the door cover regularly, check the fastening screw of the pulverizing plate, there must be no looseness, after the pulverizing plate is worn, it can be removed and can be used after re-repair.
(2) Lubricating oil main bearing uses high-temperature lubricants and lubricating oil is added twice a week.
(3) The inside of the fan and the inner wall of the air pipe are inspected and removed the knotted dust every month. The dust-removing cloth bag is cleaned from time to time depending on the dust removal condition.
(4) The main motor shall be maintained every 5 months to remove dust, add lubricating oil, remove the oil drain hole screw when refuelling, inject new oil into the oil inlet, and stop refuelling when new oil is discharged.
