Plastic pulverizers are divided into two types: cutter disc pulverizer and grind disc pulverizer. Cutter disc pulverizers relies on the impact of materials and cutter discs to grind, and grind disc pulverizer mainly rely on the gap between the two grind discs to cut and grind the material. Its working principle: the material enters the machine body from the hopper through the vibrating feeder, the cutter disc (grind disc) driven by the main shaft rotates at a high speed and collides with the fixed knife, grinding the material into powder, and then the powder is discharged by the discharging fan and sent into the cyclone separator for separation. The powder is sent out to the vibrating screen by the closed fan, and the air is discharged by the dust removal device. 

Its performance characteristics are as follows:

1. The high-speed rotation of the cutter disc/grind disc of the main shaft of the pulverizer produces a high-speed rotating airflow, so that the high-speed movement of the incoming material and the cutter disc/grind disc will strongly collide and cut into powder;

2. The plastic pulverizer adopts water circulation and air cooling, which is suitable for the processing of heat-sensitive plastic materials;

3. The cutter disc/grind disc of the plastic pulverizer is professionally designed, using SKD-11 high wear-resistant toughness material and high-density wear-resistant steel casting process, with good wear resistance;

4. The pulverizer adopts air conveying and discharging device to ensure uniform cooling of materials and fast cooling speed;

5. The pulverizer has a compact structure design and small size. It can be repaired and maintained only by opening the door cover. It is fully sealed and added with a dust collector, so there is no dust leakage;

6. The pulverizer is equipped with a fully automatic feeding machine, which can control the amount of material feeding, and the dust removal device reduces dust.
