Problems regarding dry machines we need to know

I wrote a lot of articles about recycling machines before. So I want to introduce some dry machines in the recycling line to you this time. I hope this article will help everyone who works in the recycling field.

1. What kind of dry machines do we have?

At the first, mixing and drying silo is the first choose for people who want to dry material, especially all kinds of plastic pellets. It is very popular in the plastic recycling field. Second, it is dehydrator using with other plastic recycling machines. It is divided into two types. One is called vertical dehydrator, another one is called horizontal dehydrator. Finally, it is also a dry machine called pipe drying system. The application of pipe drying machine is the same as dehydrator. Both of two are used to dry moisture attached on plastic material.

2. Working principle

Silo: after the material needed to be mixed is fed into silo from hopper, then the material will be involved into the propeller blade of silo automatically. Finally, the material will be token to the top of silo and then it will be tossed in the form of umbrella. And such action will be repeated many times. And finally, the material can reach the drying effect.

Dehydrator: the motor drives shaft to do high-speed movement to generate centrifugal force. Such force will separate moisture from material. Because there is screen equipped with in inner wall, and the diameter of screen is about φ3 or less. Water can go out from such screen but material can not. So this machine can achieve dehydrating effect. The working principle between vertical dehydrator and horizontal dehydrator is same. They just have different appearance. Pipe drying system: There is a drying box in front of pipes, and the heating rot in the drying box will emit heat. The hot air in the drying box will be blown into pipes by blower. So there are some working principles about this machine.

1. The higher the temperature is, the faster the evaporation is.

2. Because of the blower, the faster the air velocity is, the faster the evaporation is.

3. Pipe drying makes the time through the pipe getting long.

By the way, pipe drying machine just is used to dry film. Because film is very light and it is not easy to block the pipe.
