Maintenance and Repair of SHR Series High-speed Mixer

Nowadays, with the rapid development of technology, SHR Series high-speed mixer occupies an increasing proportion in the market and become one of the required equipment in various industries. When using it, the operator needs to master the main points of maintenance, because only if the maintenance is done can the equipment work better, meanwhile extend the life of the equipment.

If they are not well maintained, on the one hand, the output and efficiency will not meet the requirements; on the other hand, the service life will be greatly reduced. Therefore, maintenance is particularly important. When the operator uses the equipment, the company should make a maintenance flow diagram. Besides according to the equipment maintenance flow diagram, there are some precautions for maintenance of the SHR Series high-speed mixer during use.

1. Maintenance of the SHR series high-speed mixer

  1. The operator needs to check the SHR Series high-speed mixer regularly. When the vulnerable parts are damaged, repair them in time. If they can’t be repaired, need to replace new parts;
    1. Regularly clean the dust on the parts in the electric control cabinet, the purpose is to prevent the damage of the contactor contacts;
    1. Electrical parts need to be inspected regularly, especially the heater, when damage is found, please replaced in time;
    1. After the SHR Series high-speed mixer works for the first time for 10 hours, the operator needs to conduct a detailed and comprehensive inspection, and tighten each connection part once if necessary;
    1. All parts of the mixer need to be kept clean, especially the inner wall of the mixer and the discharge port. When the equipment is not used for a long time, coat the inner wall and discharge port of the mixer with anti-rust oil to prevent rust.

Generally speaking, when a fault occurs, the high-speed mixer should be shut down in time for a timely inspection to find out and solve the problem. 2. Common faults and repairs of SHR series high-speed mixer

2.1 Fault 1: Normal at low-speed, but cannot start at high-speed.

  Solution:  2.11. Check whether the voltage and current of the main power supply are sufficient and whether the total power supply switch power matches.

            2.12. Check whether the main power cord of the SHR Series high-speed mixer and all wiring screws in the electric box is tightened.

            2.13. Check whether the SHR Series high-speed start contactors are faulty.

(whether the internal contacts are burnt out or have poor contact phenomenon)

            2.14. The main motor coil is faulty. (Return to the factory for processing)

2.2 Fault 2: Reverse operation

  Solution:  2.21. Reverse both low-speed and high-speed.

(Change two positions in the main power cord)

2.22.Low-speed forward transmission, high-speed reverse.

(Change the position of the high-speed line at the output end)

2.23.Low-speed reverse, high-speed forward transmission.

(Change the position of the low-speed line at the output end)

2.24.Frequency conversion speed regulation reversal.

(Change any two positions of the frequency conversion output line)

2.3 Fault 3: The spindle powder leaks.

  Solution:  2.31. The materials of the high-speed mixer are too fine.

(There must be strict requirements on materials before production.)

2.32. Sealing ring, the oil seal is damaged.

(They can be replaced.)

In addition to paying attention to the above details, we must also develop good usage habits. The operator must master certain usage techniques, and evenly feed the materials during use. Remember not to pour all into the pot, which will increase the load. One is affecting the output, and the other is the mixing effect is not ideal.

At the same time, maintenance cannot be done all at once.
