1. Water in the floating washer

The floating washer is mainly used to make preparations before the main wash, first to remove dirt and other blots that are easy to remove from the material. If the dust on the bottle flakes or film enters the main wash directly, a large amount of cleaning agent will be consumed, which is likely to cause waste. These impurities will quickly multi-viscosity the cleaning agent, affect the cleaning effect, and even make the cleaning agent unusable. Therefore, the water in the floating washer needs to be replaced regularly to prevent the water quality from being too dirty and leading to a waste of cleaning agents or affecting the main washing of the next stage.

2. Structure of the floating washer dial wheel and dial fork

Since the dial wheel surface on the floating washer has two types of holes and no holes, structurally speaking, the dial wheel with holes will have less resistance in the water, work efficiency is higher, and the cleaning effect will be better. 3. Length of the floating washer
