5. Working principle of the LTLR Series Label remover

The working principle of the machine: the bottle material is self-feeding. The main shaft is equipped with 130 alloy blades and the center line of the main shaft has a certain angle with spiral rotation. The PET bottle is transported to the discharge, and the alloy knife on the blade peels the label. There is a bellows separation chamber at the exit to separate the peeled label from the PET bottle body. The label paper is blown out from the right mouth, and the PET bottle falls directly.

(2) After the label is removed, the bottle and the label can be separated automatically.

(3) Remove rate: about 95%.

6. Common faults and solutions

6.1 Fault 1: The spindle does not rotate.

Causes: damaged V-belt at the main motor or damaged bearings.

Solution: Check the pulley and V-belt. If the belt is damaged, replace the belt, or replace the inspection bearing.

6.2 Fault 2: The machine has a low removal rate or the off-standard is not clean.

Causes: tool wear is severe or tool is damaged.

Solution: Replace the damaged tool.

6.3 Fault 3: V-belt damaged.

Causes: Long-term, high-intensity work causes rubber aging.

Solution: replace the new V-belt.

7. Routine maintenance

For the label remover, if you want to keep good quality and high efficiency, you must carefully maintain it. The maintenance of the label remover mainly has the following 5 ways:

(1) Regularly check if the oil quantity of the lubricating pump oil tank and the base oil tank of the machine is sufficient. Check the reliability of the lubrication system and lubricate the moving parts as required.

(2) Regularly check the leakage of the pipe of the machine and the fastening status of the fasteners.

(3) Always check if the safety device of the machine is normal and effective, especially after changing the mold. Check whether mechanical insurance has been adjusted accordingly. Regularly check the ground connection, the insulation of electrical components and the aging of wires.

(4) Regularly check the condition of the oil filter or packing, and clean and replace it in time. Always pay attention to if the oil is contaminated and deteriorated. When the hydraulic oil becomes dark brown and emits an odor, it is a sign of oxidative deterioration, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced as soon as possible. When there are small-black-spots or transparent bright spots in the hydraulic oil, it means that impurities or metal powder are mixed in, and it should be filtered or changed.

(5)The cooler needs to be soaked and cleaned with carbon tetrachloride solution every 5 to 10 months of operation.

8. Notes

(1) Bearing: the shaft carries the full load of the negative machine, so lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine, so the injected lubricant must be clean and sealed. The main oil injection points of this machine are rotating bearings, roller bearings, all gears, movable bearings, sliding planes.

(2) If the oil temperature of the bearing of the machine rises up, it should be stopped immediately in order to check the problem. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, it should be stopped immediately for an inspection.

(3) The plane of the chassis where the mobile device is placed should be free of dust and other objects. In order to prevent the machine from encountering unbreakable materials, the movable bearing can’t move on the chassis, resulting in a serious accident.
